We may use information about you to service and maintain your account; process transactions for your account; respond to inquiries from you or your representatives; develop, offer and deliver products and services; and to fulfill our legal and regulatory responsibilities. For instance, information may be disclosed for audit or research purposes, and to attorneys or other professionals whom we engage to consult in connection with your account(s). We may also disclose personal nonpublic information to government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement officials to help, among other things, prevent fraud and money laundering. We restrict access to such confidential information to affiliates, employees and other third parties (such as brokers, custodians or other service providers) who need to know the information in order for us to provide investment management services and to otherwise process, service and maintain your account(s). We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Except in the circumstances described above, without your consent, we will not make any disclosures of information about you to other companies who may want to sell their products or services to you.
